TEAC CORPORATION has released its latest network firmware, Ver17.1f, for UD-701N, which supports playback of 32-bit float WAV files.

UD-701N has already supported native playback of 32-bit integer format as a network player, and now supports playback of 32-bit float format. 32-bit float officially refers to a audio file recorded using the 32-bit floating point recording method. Now you can enjoy the latest formats used in music production and music distribution with the high-quality sound of the UD-701N Series.

This latest firmware can be easily updated via the Internet using the iOS/Android App “TEAC HR Streamer”.
