INFORMATION

The limited warranty on all TEAC brand products is 1 year. TEAC provides this warranty in the U.S.A. only on products imported by ONKYO USA Corporation and sold only by authorized dealers as new equipment.

In the unlikely event that warranty service is needed, the consumer must provide a copy of their original bill of sale, and, if applied for and received, any extended warranty certificate (where applicable) to the independent TEAC Service Center noted under Customer Service.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON MODIFIED PRODUCTS!
Modifying products immediately voids all warranties from TEAC.  TEAC in the U.S.A. will not service product under warranty that has been opened by end-users, modified or altered by any third-party companies.

Because we cannot know what these “mods” are, how they affect other circuits within the TEAC product or most importantly, affect the timing and control functions within the product, we are not able, at any cost, to provide service or support for a modified TEAC product. Modified products should be returned to the modifier for service.
